For gemstones, we only use lab created gemstones, such as lab ruby, lab emerald, moissanite, and high quality cubic zirconia, to name a few.

For metals, we mainly use sterling silver with 100% recycled gold. We're always trying to listen to customers though, so if there is interest in other materials we don't currently offer, we'd be more than happy to hear what you'd like!

No! All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic, and 100% nickel free. Furthermore, we don't use brass. This means that anyone with metal allergies can wear our jewelry.

Please don't get your jewelry wet, such as showering, swimming, or working out with it on. Furthermore, avoid sleeping in it, as it may break. For more details see our Jewelry Care page

We can ship anywhere, but our credit card processor only takes payment from the U.S., Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

If you are not from one of these countries, you can pay via Paypal or another payment methods. If you are having problems checking out, please get in touch, and we will be more than happy to help!

We offer free USPS first class shipping on all domestic (US) orders, or you have the option to pay $30 for USPS Priority Express (guaranteed the next day or in 2 days).

Most orders are processed the next business day, or even the same day, if you order before 3 PM EST. At the latest, we will get your order out within 2-4 business days.

For domestic (US) orders, you may be required to pay sales tax, depending on your state, and have the option to pay for express shipping.

For international orders, you have to pay shipping costs, and may have to pay custom and duty fees, dependent on your country's jurisdiction.

Yes! We offer 30 day returns and 60 day exchanges. Exchanges come with free shipping both ways, while for returns, we will send you the shipping label and then deduct $10 from your total refund for the shipping and handling fee.

As soon as we get your returned item(s), we will inspect it to make sure it's unworn and has come back with its accessories in reusable condition, along with a proof of purchase. This shouldn't take long to verify, so once we receive your item, we will inititate a refund.

The difference is in the microns. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a thick layer of gold (at least 2.5 microns), while sterling silver with gold plating generally has around 0.5 microns of gold. Both are good options, but the gold will last longer on the gold vermeil jewelry.

Both are not mined/natural. A synthetic gemstone will have the same chemical and physical properties of its mined counterpart. Some examples would be a lab made diamond, a lab made ruby, or a lab made emerald. The laby ruby will have the same chemical and physical properties of a mined ruby, and in many cases, are more beautiful (in our opinion!).

A simulated gemstone will just look like it's mined counterpart but have different chemical and physical properties. Examples would be moissanite and cubic zirconia. Many people believe that moissanite looks like a shiny diamond, but it doesn't have the same chemical makeup of a mined diamond.

Side note: Moissanite is also generally lab made, as natural moissanite is extremely rare and expensive.
